George Bell was quoted at a Robbie Stephens tech conference this morning denying the sale of the company to YAHOO.

He stated that talks had been going on, but the talks concerned "Getting on the start page of a very powerful broadband opportunity."

"There is no truth about acquisition discussions"

Hence the pull back in the stock price.
